Of course karate is about sweat: from cardio, from weights, from kata, from randori. Sweat is gold, and we make sure you’re making buckets of it on your way to black belt and beyond. 

 

And while there are already many benefits of being a member of Goju Ryu Karate Centre - better health, self defence training, supportive community, seminars, family discounts, our running club, Little Ninjas - we’ve added one more. (Because you know Sensei Zoë is busy like that.)

 

If you're a Vitality member, when you arrive at the dojo, you can scan the QR code on our tablet and get 100 points (as long as you remember to scan the code on your way out!) and work your way up the levels for those sweet, sweet discounts. Not because we’re shills for Discovery, but because you deserve nice things like flight discounts, or money back on your food purchases. In the Hinis family, our motto is “never pay full price”- if there’s a loyalty discount, a special or bargain, we’re here for it. But, as usual, I digress.

 

Pair your check-in with a compatible fitness device (chest straps/armband monitors recommended) and hopefully you’ll max out your exercise points allocation long before the year is out.
