The Fight Like A Girl Gashuku 2026

This Women’s Day, we are celebrating and centering female students of all ages. The gashuku includes self-defence sessions, seminars on physical and mental health, nutrition, menstrual coaching, goal-setting, physiotherapy and more!

Karate is a male-dominated space, but it doesn’t have to be that way. By keeping girls in karate, and helping women navigate their training around life’s changes, we can make karate more accessible and rewarding for everyone.

All female karate students, plus their female family and friends are invited! No experience or gi necessary. We know you will leave the gashuku inspired and recharged in your journey, whether its the path to black belt, or a woman living her best life.

What to look forward to

This all-day seminar covers every aspect of the female karate journey, with an array of speakers and teachers.
