Classical Goju-Ryu Karate-do
We offer traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu karate, which offers a wide physical and mental education. We teach karate for students of all abilities from the age of 5 onwards.
Consistent karate training yields a wide number of benefits: beyond the physical development of strength, power and agility, karate fosters discipline, self-confidence, respect and humility. We believe in polishing the spirit, strengthening the body and challenging the mind. Our dojo has a wonderful, diverse student base and an excellent body of senior students who assist in the running of the dojo. We also believe in teaching leadership as well as teamwork, and encourage our students to be independent and curious.

Jaguars Boot Camps offers two classes a week for those interested in getting fit.
Regardless of your current fitness level, you are welcome to join and get stronger and fitter with consistent training.
Every class is different, and exercises are tailored to handle every participant's level of fitness, as well as manage injuries in order to speed recovery.
Taught by Protea competitor and national coach Che Jagger, as
well as national team members Dylan Flusk and
William Ash, this class is for all students wishing to improve their tournament kumite.
Open to all students aged 6 and up, and from white belt onwards.
This is a physical education class aimed at developing children's gross motor ability, and learning through physical and movement education. We work on midline crossing, proprioception, strength, muscle tone, agility and balance.
The children also get to meet new friends and grow their social skills, thus developing a more confident young individual.
We provide vital training to all children from ages 3-5.
