Classical Goju-Ryu Karate-do
We offer traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu karate, which offers a wide physical and mental education. We teach karate for students of all abilities from the age of 5 onwards. We welcome adults, regardless of age and experience!

Our dojo has a wonderful, diverse student base and an excellent body of senior students who assist in the running of the dojo. We also believe in teaching leadership as well as teamwork, and encourage our students to be independent and curious, kind and strong.
Jaguars Boot Camps offers two classes a week for those interested in getting fit.
Regardless of your current fitness level, you are invited to join us, and get stronger and fitter with consistent training.
Every class is different, and exercises are tailored to handle every participant's level of fitness, as well as manage injuries in order to speed recovery. We work on strength training, cardio, flexibility and conditioning.
This is a physical education class aimed at developing children's gross motor ability, and learning through physical and movement education. We work on midline crossing, proprioception, strength, muscle tone, agility and balance.
The children also get to meet new friends and grow their social skills, thus developing a more confident young individual.
We provide vital training to all children from ages 3-5.
